Cambridge International College: as confirmed by the Government of Jersey, Britain:
- The College is legally incorporated and registered in Jersey, Britain (where the College’s headquarters are situated and where the College has operated from for over 40 years).
- The College is authorised by an Act of the Royal Court of Jersey to operate as a College, and to provide professional, general and technical education, study, training, and tuition.
- The College is permitted to offer and grant diplomas, certificates and awards to students worldwide through the Act of the Royal Court of Jersey.
- The College acts and operates lawfully within the rules of the country's domestic education legislation.
- The College is confirmed and acknowledged by the Government of Jersey as being accredited and meeting quality standards for colleges, universities and learning providers, and being permitted to offer programs and provide awards worldwide to students.
In accordance with relevant the Government's Education Laws, the College provides study and training for adults only, and does not offer or provide full-time education to school children in Jersey, Britain or elsewhere.
